The fuel injector is composed of the fuel injector body, fuel injector, bracket, spring and so on. High pressure oil is pumped in from the fuel supply port of the fuel injector, and high pressure is generated in the fuel injector body to act on the cone surface of the fuel nozzle. When the oil pressure exceeds the set value, the valve core of the fuel nozzle opens, and high-pressure oil is sprayed from the nozzle hole and burns into the engine cylinder as a mist, causing the piston to reciprocate.
The working principle of the injector is as follows：
First, the burning oil passes through the hole in the needle valve body, and is poured into the high pressure oil gun installed above the needle valve seat dao in the fuel injector.
Second, the fuel pressure in the fuel injection pipe acts on the cone of the needle valve, and the pressure rises until the needle valve is lifted from the valve seat over the pressure of the spring, and high-pressure fuel is sprayed into the engine at high speed atomization.
Third, the fuel injection pump has finished delivering fuel as the pressure on the cone surface drops, and the spring force pushes the needle valve to seat, cutting off the power of the fuel engine.
Fourth, part of the fuel may have a leak between the nozzle needle valve and the valve body, which has cooled and lubricated the fuel injector. This part of the fuel flows back to the fuel pipe and returns to the fuel tank.
Fifth, the fuel injector is a very critical component of the diesel engine, which directly affects the power, economy, emission and reliability of the diesel engine.The fuel injector has a certain injection pressure, and when the fuel injection needs to be stopped, the fuel supply can be cut off quickly without dripping.
Sixth, the fuel injector with more precise parts is lubricated by diesel. If the system enters moisture, it will cause problems such as rust or poor lubrication.
